The AppWork Top Maintenance Rating is an exclusive recognition awarded to properties that demonstrate outstanding maintenance performance. Each season, we evaluate all properties using the AppWork system and identify the top 200 properties across two tiers: The Grand (100+ units) and The Boutique (99 units or less), with the highest percentage of 4 & 5 star ratings. Unlike other review sites where anyone can leave reviews, our ratings are verified to be from residents only, and they can only leave reviews for actual work performed.
How the Top Maintenance Rating Works
Two-Tier Selection
The top 100 grand properties + top 100 boutique properties with the highest percentages of 4 & 5 star ratings are awarded the Top Maintenance Rating badge.
Recognition
Awarded properties receive a recognition kit to showcase their commitment to maintenance excellence.
Data Collection
We gather ratings for all work orders from properties using the AppWork system. Ratings range from 1 to 5, with 5 being the highest.
Evaluation
Each season, we calculate the percentage of work orders rated 4 or 5 stars for each property, ranked separately within each tier.
